Morela is a large (400 square meters) wooden house for 13 people. On the first floor there is a common area - a living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a TV set. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal and the long table can accommodate all household members. From the living room you can go out onto the sunny terrace and into the large garden, where there is space for common barbecue feasts, relaxing in a hammock, playing games and playing on the grass. Five spacious bedrooms can comfortably sleep 13 people. The suite above the garage is separated from the rest of the house by a double door. It has a small kitchen and a separate bathroom with a washing machine. It is perfect for a family with a small child. Comfortable continental beds, which can be joined together or made up separately, await guests in the bedrooms. Before arrival, please let us know how to configure them and the house plans will be helpful for you: ground floor, first floor, apartment, basement.
In the basement of the house we arranged a true entertainment center. There is a club room with fireplace and TV, billiard room and Finnish sauna with separate bathroom. Guests can enjoy Sady's private beach and the community beach, which are the same distance from the house (about 100m). The garden of Villa Morelia and the garden of the apartments are connected by a secret gate in the hedge, thanks to which the legendary breakfasts and delicious meals from our Bistro are at your fingertips ;)
